About Me

“There are only two worthwhile things to leave behind
when you depart this world of ours: children and art.”
Stephen Sondheim "Sunday in the Park with George"

Who I am

For as long as I can remember, I have loved playing with images and I spent hours painting, drawing and creating things.

I trained in both graphic design (Ravensbourne College of Art and Design) and fine art (painting) at Norwich School of Art.

Following a 30-year career in the film and TV industry as both graphic and scenic artist, I now am concentrating more on painting and drawing. I had the privilege of working on some amazing projects including Nick Park's Wallace and Gromit’s Wrong Trousers and A Close Shave, the BBC/DK series Eyewitness (for which Alicia Robbins and I won an International EMMY) and CBBC’s Small Talk Diaries which won two PANDA awards. I have travelled to many beautiful locations while filming projects including: Europe, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Monterey Bay (California) and Alaska.

But now is the time to go back to my one love of pure drawing and painting.

I have a collection of wild shirts that are as creative as my work.

Projects

Every project is different.
I take on only the work I can produce and deliver on time.

Collaboration

Paintings I do alone, but love
working with a team on
larger projects.

While staying at my parents in Kent I painted their cottage and beautiful garden.
